Description 

Summarized Credit Statistics were derived from the credit bureau consumer credit activity in a neighborhood. They were calculated by aggregating the available consumer credit data in each ZIP+4 and are the most useful to identify prospects for invitation to apply for credit card offers as well as financial services such as mortgage services. Use one or any of the combination of 310 statistics for list selection and more effective.  

Median Equivalency Score 

The Median Equivalency Score helps you identify areas that may be more or less likely to have future derogatory credit activity. The Median Equivalency Score was statistically derived using factors such as mortgage, retail and other tradeline information that were aggregated at the ZIP+4 level. High scores characterize market segments that may be less likely to have future derogatory credit activity. Low scores characterize market segments that may be more likely to have future derogatory credit activity.

21. Highest credit limit for all retail tradelines
22. Number of all credit card accounts

Although Summarized Credit Statistics do not relate individual consumer credit information, some usage restrictions apply. Statistics are not available for append unless the information will be used for modeling. Lists developed with Summarized Credit Statistics must be used in a positive or inclusive manner. The information cannot be used to deny or exclude consumers from any offer. A special use rider and sample mail piece is required.
