Hi Andre' I wanted to share my results from the mailing list I purchased from you. As you are aware I am a Mortgage Loan Officer - my business is generated primarily by leads. Since interest rates have been creeping up and the refinance market shrinking, I was looking for a new way to generate loans. I decided to start having first time home buyer seminars, I partnered up with a local Attorney and Real Estate agent. We found a location that worked well at a local Hotel conference room. So to get a larger number to attend I thought it would be best to try direct mail by sending out invitations to attend. We contacted your firm to provided a list of renters by zip code. We received the list from you very quickly at a very reasonably price and in label format for quick use with the invitations. The results were FANTASTIC!! The mailing list your provided went out to 4000 renters in several local towns. We received 80 responses of confirmed attended. Only about 50 or so invitations came back undeliverable... So your list was very accurate and up to date. An additional 20 or so attended as well. I was able to generate 12 new purchase loans and 4 referrals for refinancing....and with several more pre-approved and looking I expect those numbers to continue to grow.
