Objectives

This agreement is entered to provide a consistent and reliable source of mortgage leads to provide a telemarketing campaign for ________________________, ____________________, as a result and assuming the leads are processed properly and in a timely fashion, _________________________, should experience and increase profits, loan officer loyalty and main recognition among other benefits. 

Strategy

Savings4Merchants Inc, will contact homeowner within a designated geographical area as defined by client. Savings4Merchants Inc, will identify those individuals within said area interested in obtaining additional information regarding debt consolidation, refinance or and equity loan from client. Savings4Merchants Inc, will gather all pertinent information required by client including but not limited to name, address, phone, career, , income info, current mortgage info etc. 

Supervision & Training

Savings4Merchants Inc, Telemarketing Sales Representatives (TSR) are fully trained by our management team, all of whom have a strong working knowledge of both telemarketing and financial services. Our TSRs thoroughly understand mortgage related products and services prior to their assignment on any mortgage lead generation campaign.  Each TSR much have completed our Mortgage Training Lead Program and demonstrate sufficient knowledge in the mortgage industry. Savings4Merchants Inc, management staff will monitor TSRs for additional quality control. TSRs are trained to answer all commonly asked questions and they are trained to refer any highly technical questions to you or loan officers.

Script Development & set up

 Script development is provided at no additional charge. Savings4Merchants Inc, will work with a representative of Client to develop a script in order to match client’s objectives. Having a proven success record with scripting, Savings4Merchants Inc, will normally present with a script that is currently being used successfully to generate high quality leads for other clients. If any changes or additions are necessary, they will be made to met client approval. Client must review and ultimately approve script prior to any calls being made. A lead sheet will also be developed at no additional cost. The lead sheet will contain all pertinent information about barrower. The information will consist of name, address, employment info, etc. and can be customized to meet client specifications.

Lead Criteria

Each lead submitted must meet at least one of the following criteria (or have attached reasons explaining sufficiently why not): 

Savings4Merchants Inc, will call Monday through Friday (times depend upon state).

Savings4Merchants Inc, confirmation department will verify phone information, address and pertinent mortgage information. After verification the lead will become the exclusive property and responsibility of (                          ).

Mortgage Database 

Savings4Merchants Inc, will purchase a list of homeowners for each client’s campaign.  

Telemarketing Lead Replacement Policy 

Mortgage Lead Exclusivity

Savings4Merchants Inc, will not call for any other mortgage company using the list assigned to (                            ). All lads generated for (                                   ) will not be shared with any other mortgage company for any circumstance. All client’s information, leads etc. are not shared or resold.

Database Demographics

 Savings4Merchants Inc, will obtain a list with the following criteria:

  Miscellaneous Provisions

Client will submit any changes in writing to Savings4Merchants Inc, Any changes, which may effect the work ordered or the fees charged will be submitted to client in writing by Savings4Merchants Inc.

 All client information is to be considered privileged and will not be shared with any other entity. 

California State Laws will exclusively govern the terms of this proposal. It is agreed that an6y dispute over this said proposal, including interpretation and performance and jurisdiction will be heard, tried and determined by the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles.

 Executed fax transmittals and copies of this agreement Terms Of Service Agreement are to be considered as originals and are biding.
